De tout temps j\u2019ai accord\u00e9 beaucoup d\u2019importance \u00e0 l\u2019humain et \u00e0 son bien-\u00eatre<\/strong>. Que ce soit sur un plan personnel ou dans mes relations avec l\u2019autre, mon d\u00e9veloppement personnel<\/strong> m\u2019a permis d\u2019\u00e9voluer en tant qu\u2019individu tout en restant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de l\u2019autre.<\/p>

Ainsi, au cours de ma vie d\u2019expatri\u00e9e (22 ans), j\u2019ai accompagn\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on naturelle et inn\u00e9e des personnes avec des probl\u00e9matiques \u00ab\u00a0du quotidien\u00a0\u00bb : le stress, la confiance en soi, la relation avec ses enfants, l\u2019adaptation \u00e0 une nouvelle vie\u2026<\/p>

J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert la sophrologie \u00e0 Singapour, lors d\u2019une p\u00e9riode de doute et de remise en question. J\u2019ai appris \u00e0 prendre du recul<\/strong> sur les \u00e9v\u00e9nements et \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier le moment pr\u00e9sent<\/strong>. Cet accompagnement m\u2019a donn\u00e9 envie de devenir sophrologue afin d\u2019avoir un cadre th\u00e9rapeutique qui a fait ses preuves et sur lequel m\u2019appuyer pour continuer \u00e0 accompagner<\/strong> et aider les personnes en demande.
Afin de les soutenir plus efficacement et plus sp\u00e9cifiquement dans leur parcours, j\u2019enrichis mes connaissances r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des sp\u00e9cialisations.<\/strong><\/p>
